Rental Service General Detail

• Choice of a hand picked collection of Modern High Definition Metal Art or Classic Gallery Giclee Canvas Wraps.

• A Four Month Rental minimum is required for Apartment Complex customers. Rentals extend on a monthly basis after fourth month automatically until customer cancels their Artwork rental.

• Art Sizes options: 20x30, 30x40 & 40x60​

Rental Setup Process​

1. Terms & Conditions will be sent to Renter for signature of agreement. 

2. Rental Invoice will be sent to Customer for payment.

3. Artwork rental order will be processed once steps 1 -4 are completed.

• We offer Free Art Delivery for Apartment complex rentals. (50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC Only)

• Art delivery is dependent upon available inventory and current art production times. Estimate of delivery will be provided.

• Our Giclee Canvas art rentals are usually fulfilled with 1 panel wall layout and our HD Metal rentals are usually fulfilled with 2 panel wall layout. However, rentals are subject to be fulfilled with other multi panel wall layout but in the same size as subscription order. We carry split panel wall displays up to 4 panels.

• Artwork rental period will begin on date Art is delivered to the subscriber.​

Art Delivery/Return Condition Verification

• JRL Fine Art representative will schedule delivery of Artwork Rental. Renter will need to be present at the point of delivery. 

• Representative will review condition of Art with Renter and note any minor damages via electronic "Art Delivery/Return Condition Verification" Form

• Once Representative and Renter have reach agreement on delivery condition of Artwork rental, both will sign & date electronic "Art Delivery/Return Condition Verification" form.

• This process will also take place when renter is returning Artwork to JRL Fine Art to verify condition of Art when being being returned by renter.

Returned Items Requirements

• All Art packaging (Box, protection panel, & Art plastic sleeve)

• Wall hanging assembly (Cleat and screws)

Damaged / Theft / Unreturned Art

• If damage to rented artwork is assessed at the rental expiration period the renter will be held responsible for covering the Retail Cost of the Artwork. Prior rental Payments can be applied against the purchase price. Additional discounts may apply.

• The renter will own Artwork after payment of damaged Art is made.

• All renters are required to have and maintain Property insurance during their Artwork rental period. This type of Insurance will cover Artwork damage or loss claims.

Description of Damage to Art​work:

1. Any chipping, chuffing, scratch or cut of Art surface or edges.

2. Any bending, chipping or break of Art surface or frame.

3. Any separation of Art surface from metal frame.​

Rental Expiration/Cancellations 

• JRL Fine Art will contact renter prior to Rental expiration to inquire if the renter would like to cancel artwork rental and return or if they would like to continue their current rental on a month to month basis.

• A renter can cancel their rental at any point of the terms. However, please note that the renter is this responsible for all remaining monthly payments of subscription at the point of cancellation.

• If a renter purchases Artwork and applies rental credits to that purchase, their current Art rental can be cancel without the payment responsibility of remaining rental payments. See "Art Purchase Options" Section for more detail.

• If a rental expires and the renter decides not extend there rental or if renter cancels rental before expiry date, Art will be collected from renter and inspected for damage.​​​

Artwork Refresh​

• Artwork rentals can be extended at the expiration point. 

• Renter can keep existing Art or Refresh decor with a New Art piece. 

• If renter request a larger size bare in mind that price difference for the upgrade will apply.

• If an Art Refresh is requested JRL Fine Art will collect the renter current Art Piece. 

• An Art Refresh will be available only after inspection process of the returned Art piece is completed.

Artwork Purchase Options

• Renters have the option to purchase their rented artwork at any point of their rental period.

• We value your investment, therefore all monthly payments associated with a rental will be credited to the renter's Art piece purchase! 

• Rental credit can also apply to a of JRL Fine Art that is not apart of the Artwork Rental Service.

Privacy Policy 

JRL Fine Art will at NO time share your information with any third parties. The sole purpose of requesting this information is to enter an agreement with our customers when renting our Artwork.
